Buttercream Techinques

Are you new to cake Decorating?

class is designed for all skill levels with a passion to learn all about buttercream decorating! Owner/Designer Kerri Johnson will walk you through the basics. Included in this class: How to split, Fill, and frost a cake properly, how to stack a cake, piping techniques, flowers, piping boarders, writing on cakes and much more!

Each student receives their own 6'' single layer cake to decorate and take home.

Basic - Fondant & Gumpaste

Learn how to work with fondant and Gumpaste. From covering your cakes to cuttering out shapes and painting fondant, You'll learn all the essential, and get to create flowers, like calla lilles, daisies and blossoms.

Expand your knowledge of gum paste flowers. Learn how to make three(3) types of exquisite wired flowers: the popular rose, classic hydrangea, and the stephanotis. Weather you’re an experience decorator or new to making gum paste flowers, this class will provide you with all the techniques needed to create beautiful, life-like flowers.
